| FAST KLINKIER is used for laying clinker face bricks with a low absorptivity of 1-3%. Owing to a special composition (trass) it significantly decreases the risk of creating blooms on the wall. After setting the mortar is resistant to different weather conditions. |

| Characteristics |
|
| FAST KLINKIER is a dry mortar made of pozzolana cement including the Rhein trass being a binder and fractional additions of 0,2 mm aggregate as well as special admixtures improving the qualities of the product. The mortar complies with PN-90/B-14501 and meets the requirements for cw M4. |

|
Mix FAST KLINKIER with water in the proportion of 1:5, which means one portion of water plus four portions of the mortar (so, 4 litres of water per bag), stir manually or with a drill until reaching the desired consistence. The time to use up the mortar is approximately 1 hour. Do not use the mortar for laying bricks when it is raining and at the temperature below +5o . Protect the mortar applied against quick drying up, rain and frost at an early stage. Apart from clean water, it is not allowed to add any other substances. When laying bricks at full width of a brick, remove the excess of the mortar, wait until the joints harden and smoothen them with a joint trowel, rubber hose or another adequate tool. Protect new joints from bad weather conditions for approximately 7 days.
When filling joints later on; keep the time break of 2-3 weeks depending on weather conditions.

| Efficiency |

| A 25 kg bag of FAST KLINKIER gives approximately 16 litres of mortar with the wet volume- 1 ton – approximately 650 litres when using 46-54 kg/m2 of a wall depending on the method of laying bricks. |

Store in manufacture (original) closed packages in dry rooms on pallets.
